Referral Program
At Crocus Hill Design, our work is shaped by both the clients we serve and the professionals we collaborate with. We value strong relationships with general contractors, interior designers, and real estate agents who share a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and a seamless client experience. Our referral program is designed to recognize those partnerships while supporting collaboration across projects.
The Process
When a client is referred to Crocus Hill Design, we guide them through the entire design process from initial concept through construction documentation/management. We collaborate alongside the partners involved in the construction or installation process to ensure alignment between design intent and execution.
Design services are contracted directly through Crocus Hill Design and remain separate from construction agreements. Referral partners receive a percentage of Crocus Hill Design’s net design revenue based on cumulative referred project volume over a rolling, year-long accrual period.
